Who I am & what I do
Digital marketing expert, entrepreneur and speaker with over 25 years of experience in the digital economy — since my first online project in the still-young world of SEO back in 1996. We live in a GAFA world, right in the middle of the digital transformation; that's exactly where I feel at home.
As co-founder & co-owner of the DigitalNativeAlliance — one of Germany's leading owner-run agency groups with over 150 specialists — and with the performance agency KlickPiloten, I support companies in B2B & B2C with a 360° digital approach: strategy, technology, innovation. Offices in Stuttgart, Hamburg & Berlin plus an international network (USA, Eastern Europe, Spain). Degree in Information Economics from KIT Karlsruhe (40% business, 40% computer science, 20% law), ThePower MBA Advanced & Online Marketing Manager (depak) — rounded out by coding and database skills.

What does „AIO / GEO" mean?
And that's just the beginning. The same shift keeps going: soon you'll also be able to run ads inside these AI systems — paid placements right in the AI's answer. The next step is agentic commerce: your AI agent researches, compares and buys on its own for you. New standards are emerging for this, like the UCP (Universal Commerce Protocol), which lets online shops and AI agents „talk" to each other directly. The foundation for all of it is clean data optimization: structured content, well-maintained product data and feeds, so the AI can read, understand and recommend you correctly in the first place. In short: investing in AIO/GEO today lays the groundwork for the AI-driven commerce of tomorrow.
What is „Extreme Vibe Coding & Creation"?
Quick version for anyone not yet deep into AI: „vibe coding" means you describe in plain language what you want to build — and the AI writes the code while you steer, review and correct. You no longer have to type every line yourself.
„Extreme" means taking that all the way: from the first idea to a running app in minutes or hours instead of weeks or months. That's exactly how my own SaaS product and even a game app came to be.
Two terms you'll often hear: human-in-the-loop means a human checks and steers every important step — the AI never runs unchecked. Guardrails are fixed guide rails (clear rules, tests plus security and quality checks) that make sure the result isn't just fast, but also clean and reliable. In short: speed without losing control.
A labor-of-love hobby project built exactly this way:
feschtleskalender.de — an AI search engine for regional festivals („Feschtle") around Stuttgart.
- Stack: custom lightweight PHP framework (router/controller/repository, Twig, MariaDB)
- AI agent „Feschtle-Scout": source discovery via keyword web search (area × topic), self-registers new sources, cursor-based crawl modes (sitemap seed, hub seed, WordPress Event API), structured event extraction
- Quality: approval queue with auto-approval, source trust & citation graph
- Hybrid search: lexical (BM25-style, IDF/field weighting) + semantic (Voyage embeddings) via Reciprocal Rank Fusion + freshness, calibrated relevance threshold
- Geo/radius search: Haversine right in the DB, no external map service (10/25/50 km)
- Golden Record: deduper (blocking → scoring → clustering), consolidates fields & source citations onto one keeper, best evidence as primary source, 301 redirects
- On top: iCal subscriptions, bot compliance, encrypted settings, JSON-LD, admin with coverage monitor — discovery, crawl, enrich & merge all run autonomously via cron
